When it comes to a certain pastime, watching TV shows is something that can be on top of the list for a lot of us. We all have our favorite titles that are stuck at the back of our heads. Long after these shows have been canceled, we still cling to the hope that someday, we get to relive the happiness we felt while watching such programs. Oftentimes though, when a TV show ends, it lives on syndication and Blu-ray. This is perfectly fine for some fans as they get to keep something from their favorite franchises. However, for a lot of us, there is more to be wanted. One good thing to have come up for TV show fans is the proliferation of top streaming services. These platforms seem to dig up those long-forgotten yet beloved series. Nowadays, you will find a lot of those classic hit TV shows glorified once again on Netflix or other streaming sites, though not as much as in their heyday.

While the magic that those successful shows possess won't be duplicated, there are always new avenues to explore. We are definitely in the era of reminiscing those good old times where our favorite TV programs hit the big time. We already have seen rebooted TV shows such as 'The X-Files', 'Twin Peaks' and 'Arrested Development'. This gives us hope to see more TV show reboots in the works. Fans surely won't mind some plot alterations, new unheralded castings, or multiple tweaks, just to get another taste of their favorites.
