    "I am aiming for ap erfect beach body for next year because last summer I wasn;t able to wear any swimwear and my classmates were teasing me to wear one but I just couldn't because i was so shy. They all have abs, alright?? Yes, my girl friends have abs  and I don't :( Anyway, Amy Jordan was a very effective pilates trainer. I am inspired!  I am trying this at home when I get the time. Anyway, it's only less than an hour. Wish me luck please :D"
