"Some of what was recommended here was rather like common sense, and some was impossible for me, but overall it did give me a couple of new ideas to help with my back pain. I can't do a lot of exercise because of the pain itself, but I'd never imagined that stretching my hamstrings could help with it. How does stretching my leg help my back? I don't know (well, I read the why, but it didn't really make a whole lot of sense to me), but I don't care if it does show some results. Definitely worth a read if you suffer from lower back pain."

"When I had some bad back pain last week, I found myself searching on WebMD for some natural home remedies. I was disappointed when I could only find common-sense answers like "take a pain pill", or "go to a chiropractor". I was looking for some care that was outside the box that I could do at home to get some relief. I'll look elsewhere next time."

"Overall this seems like a decent option for remedies. The problem is it's very difficult to find specific treatments and remedies on the homepage. It seems like this is a very small niche of the site and requires too much research to find. But it is a great site overall and has good options available there."

"I have been suffering from lower back pain for several years now, and it seems like every time I go to the doctor the only solution he has is to prescribe more addictive pain pills. I was hoping to find some natural remedies or treatments that would mitigate my back pain when I downloaded the app Manage My Pain Lite. Unfortunately, this is more like a personal journal which allows you to document incidents of pain so your doctor has a more accurate information. "
