"Mind has a wealth of information available to you on their website. I used it because I have some family history of mental health issues and was trying to find out how at risk I was, and after some fiddling around I was able to get what I needed. My only issue was that the website is a little tough to navigate, and I really don't like the layout, but if you stick through it it should have the information you need."

"If you're into mental health history, you'll love Depersonalization. It goes in detail about why there's a growing number of mental health problems in the UK in recent years. My only issue with the book is that it fails to cite every statistic that it uses, so it's hard to verify some things."

"I didn't really know anything about epilepsy. I didn't even know what it was, just that it causes seizures. But then my daughter was diagnosed with it. Overnight, it became the most important cause in the world. Epilepsy Society was there - with experience, with insights, with the basics, and with resources. I'd be lost without this tool and I'm incredibly thankful it's there. Thank you, Epilepsy Society."

"While it's not a truly scientific piece of work about mental illness, Stranger to My Self is still a good read. Having a rather personal perspective of dealing with mental illness might provide better insight than what any scientific journal or textbook could ever provide. For those who struggle with depersonalization as a mental illness, I would recommend this book to you!"
