    "This solution is more meant for anxiety rather than getting over a long relationship. Something meaningful, long and woven into your life isn't going to go away with just a breath or focusing technique, especially if the relationship had a problems or you're still cleaning up pieces of it, or if it took your entire life away. Breathing and taking a few moments is only a very small piece of getting over or through any difficulty in life. While the app looks fun, colorful and helpful, I don't see this a solution to this problem. "
