"Although I hesitated to buy this watch initially due to the price tag, I am so happy that I finally gave in and decided to purchase one. I use this smartwatch constantly, and it has definitely become a mainstay in my life. This smartwatch is perfect for people who train as well as people who are looking to improve their fitness level. It also has a really aesthetically pleasing design, which can't be said for other competitor brands. This smartwatch has so much to offer and it has definitely been a worthy investment. "I like to go hiking in the woods and mountainous areas. I was looking for a wearable device with elevation tracker. The Suunto Traverse has an altimeter, but sadly it is not that accurate. I had to fiddle around with it to even get a reading and it seems to fluctuate a lot. I’ve heard that other watches have the same problem though. "

"The Polar V800 is different from other smart watches because it has an elevation tracker. Many other watches depend on Google Maps's data for elevation, which doesn't work for me because the elevations in my area are completely wrong. We're pretty much flat at sea level and Google Maps says we are going up and down big hills. "

"The Garmin Fenix 3 HR has a beautiful design. What sets this watch apart from others is that the watch can track elevation. This makes it excellent for most runners that want to get sprint intervals on hills and higher elevation. It does everything you could want beyond tracking elevation as well. It's a wonderful product for athletes and runners alike. "

"I probably wouldn't choose this fitbit for climbing/hiking since it has a large glass screen that could get broken, but it does have an elevation tracker. This is more like one you'd wear to work as a watch. For hiking, I'd choose a durable device like the Fitbit One that can be put in a safe location (like in a pocket). "
