"I have been using eBay for many years to buy items and have been left down quite a few time's by their service. They seem as though they do not care about the customers or their sellers and I would not recommend Ebay to anyone due to them coming off as very impersonal and since they obviously only care about bringing in money. "I'd say this is the best site to buy stuff as it offers you both brand new items and used ones. There are many options and lets you compare the prices because of the availability of new and old stuff. Like you'll be able to measure whether it's worth the money to buy used ones isntead of brand new items coz there's not much any price difference."
