Did you know that the Mandalorian was created because of the Boba Fett hype? If you're a die-hard fan of the Star Wars films, you're probably saddened by the fact that a mysterious bounty hunter faced an unceremonious end and never had enough screentime. Well, thanks to Jon Favreau, we're about to learn more about these people - the Mandalorians - in his upcoming TV series on Disney Plus. And lucky for you, we have something to tickle your fancy. With that, here's what we know so far. For starters, the Mandalorians are a group of species originating from the planet of Mandalore. They are tied by one language and culture and are bound by a strong code of honor and deep traditions. They are predominantly humans, but anyone can be a Mandalorian. Their race is historically known to be the most fearsome and warmongering mercenaries across the entire galaxy. If you need somebody killed or you want some land to be conquered, they are most likely your first choice. In other words, they are all about war.
One of the most defining and distinct features of the Mandalorians is their armor. Think about the Fetts and how they look like. You probably remember them for their T-shaped visor, Jetpacks, magnetized boots, tactical displays, and armed gauntlets. This armor has become so notorious throughout the galaxy that when you come in contact with warriors clad in it, you're not in the safest space. Like what we've already established, they're all good with pillaging, raiding, and warfare. And like all other peoples, their society is divided into political Houses, which are made up of family clans. Some examples are Clan Vizsla and Clan Wren. You know how it works in Game of Thrones, right? That's basically how it is when it comes to the Mandalorians. Now, you think you're ready to watch the Mandalorian?
