    "This app is one of my favorite apps to use. It has everything all in one convenient package. I can search through thousands of recipes, learn what foods are good for me and what foods are bad for me, be able to share my progress and get tips from others and track my food. Sometimes its hard to know what is the best food groups to eat and how often I should eat them. This app fixes all my troubles and I have even lost 5 lbs since I have been using the app. "

    "There is a kind of person for whom this app can help - a kind of person who needs the advice or motivation. I'm not that kind of person, I guess - I found it all too easy to ignore my phone when My Diet Coach became inconvenient (in the presence of cake, mostly). There is no app that can substitute self-control, unfortunately, and all the tools in the world only work if you use them. So if you think this will help you, go for it - juts don't expect a miracle app."
