"I use Google Docs to schedule people for the Bingo game that my synagogue runs. I keep lists of volunteers, emails, and the upcoming month's schedule on Google Docs. If for some reason I can't do the schedule one week, I can send the links for the docs to another volunteer who can pick up where I left off. It definitely helps with this important task. The only downside I see is that it takes a while for docs to load."
