"I have had this app for about a month now and I am loving it! It has had almost everything brand wise that I eat within their database, I can only think of one or two things that they didn't have but I was still able to find something that would work. I am hoping that the enhance some of their current features and add more, such as a recipe section!"

Testosterone levels can be heightened just by eating and working out well. This means that you don't need to risk your health by taking Anabolic steroid supplements. Sure, steroids boost your testosterone levels and in turn, speed up fat loss and increase your libido. But that doesn't mean you should risk your overall health for it. Here are some of the easiest natural ways to increase it.

Consumption of food like Ginger and plant-based milk improves testosterone production and sperm health. Ginger is known to increase fertility in men since ancient times. While plant-based milk such as soy and almond are packed with vitamin D. The vitamin functions as a steroid hormone. Other healthy diet food will also do you good, too. If you're feeling extra, you can do more than just dieting alone. Incorporating sprints and lifts in your current exercise routine can do wonders for your testosterone. Exercises such as lifting and sprinting also promote testosterone production. But remember to not overdo it and take rests, too! Taking time to rest and minimizing stress prevents the rise of cortisol levels. High cortisol levels create negative long term effects on a person's health and testosterone levels. Remember, a good diet won't get you far without good exercise. So make sure to pair your balanced diet with a commitment to the best workout apps for men of your choice. Being your own personal trainer doesn't have to be hard with mobile fitness apps that do half of the work for you. With the right healthy habits, you can increase and show off your gains while feeling good inside and out!

"A great app for anyone who wants diversity in their strength training. This app is free and has so many perks. You can even back everything up to the cloud and pull up your progress on other devices as well. Graphs your progress and gives you lots of useful instructions. I have been using the app and I haven't come close to using all the great features it has to offer. I also haven't had any problems or found anything I have wanted that it can't do for my workouts. "
