"I love paranormal romanced books and Clockwork Prince is certainly that. There is an intriguing love triangle story that I can’t wait to see how it resolves. I found it interesting that there were different classes of people such as Humans, Claves, Downworlders, and Humans. These were then further split into Humans, Shadowhunters, Vampires, and Warlocks. "I didn't really enjoy this book, mainly because the story was hard to follow. I found that the characters were not interesting and the story itself was dull and dragged along."

"This was a fascinating read, set in the time where I'd have been the ages of these characters in this year. I was enjoyed the story, and was happy to pass it on to my own daughter. The conflict occurring between the couple because of racial issues was unfortunately accurate, and surprised me as much now as it did back then that it is still even an issue."

"Jerkbait is a fantastic novel with interracial characters. The characters in this YA novel are really good, and I find myself siding with them throughout the book. There is also diversity in that the book has gay male characters, straight characters, racial diversity, and just a variety of lifestyles. It addresses sexuality in sports as well. Overall, it's a great book for young adults."

"While this is a book that contains characters in an interracial relationship I don't think it'd be considered a YA book. Decent story, but not quite what I'm searching for. "

It definitely met my needs of finding a good book with interracial characters."

"There was very little enjoyment in this book. While it was thought provoking and touching considering the trouble the French woman had to go through to be with her Chinese lover, focusing on the negative to the extent this book did just felt off putting. The tone was set, we felt the pain and emotion but it just kept going in the same way for a long time. "

"I feel like I read this book already, maybe I borrowed it from one of my friends but I might be mistaken. I can only remember parts of the story and the similar book cover but this maybe one of the most generic stories out there that you can read, this may waste your time honestly, or maybe its just me having got to read hundreds of books and needs a break from similar running stories."
