"This app costs $19.99 and has been purchased by over four thousand users, who give this app a high rating. In fact, this app was rated as one of Google Play's Best Apps of 2016 in the self-improvement category. The app can replace the need for going to a yoga studio, so that you can practice yoga anywhere you want. There are programs for beginners and for intermediate and advanced users. 280 poses are available, along with detailed descriptions of their purposes and how to perform them. You can also add and customize your own poses."

"This app offers tons of yoga options for me. I like how I can access it on basically any mobile device I own. I think the separation of different body parts is my favorite feature."

"I love these 5-minute yoga workouts! You can usually find a place to fit a couple of them in to your day since they are so short."

DID YOU KNOW?

Did you know that yoga can actually make you a better lover? Apart from the many health benefits that this calming exercise can bring, it can also help you be better in bed. Through the Mula Bandha, the perineal muscles at the base of your pelvis generate strength. A few yoga poses can be as good as doing Kegel exercises that are more universally beneficial. Constantly working this muscle out can result in a more intense climax in bed. It can also help you give your partner added pleasure than they could ever imagine. Yoga can also help you be able to explore yourself more as it makes you aware of your body's strengths and weaknesses. This will make hitting the home run easier as you can easily identify what feels good what doesn't. Furthermore, it can also improve your flexibility and agility, opening doors to an unlimited number of positions to try.

Yoga is slowly making its name as one of the best workouts there is. Many yoga studios pop out everywhere for people to try this spiritual exercise. However, there are also plenty of materials about it found just about anywhere. There are hundreds of books about yoga that beginners can read to jump-start their healthy lifestyle. Several social media personalities also advocate and teach yoga through their platforms. Yoga apps are also available to guide you through your fitness journey. There's also a plethora of yoga stores online to get you your essentials in just a few clicks. The many benefits of yoga are why there are millions of people so eager to learn how to practice it.

"I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to try yoga. I didn't want to go to some class where I felt that everyone would be staring at me because I was a beginner. This is great because they actually explain the poses rather than just call them out and show a picture. You actually spend more time exercising and less time watching videos."

"Part of the Fitbit family, this app has potential if you're plugged in already to the wearable fitness stuff and apparently the iOS universe. I don't "fit" in that demographic. Hard to say whether this is one of the "best yogga apps for iPhone." I'm sure it's a very good one. But I'm also pretty sure there's a lot of experts out there offering competition. And of course you could just go old school and find a local center and chat with real live humans before and after class."
