What are the most must-watch Korean movies if you liked Kingdom?

Johannes Gelilang - Contributor

Would you rather fight for your right for the throne? Or would you rather risk your life to stop a plague, a looming threat to your dear country? That's probably the question running on the mind of Prince Lee Chang, the heir to the throne from the Netflix show Kingdom. Almost everyone on the internet is fussing about how exciting this show is. Even I couldn't resist the temptation and gave in to the Netflix ads to watch the 6-episode pilot season of the show. All that I can say is that it is not for the faint of heart for sure. Aside from the cast, the special effects team deserves a huge raise! They made Kingdom reach another level of goriness! The story is also full of cliffhangers, especially in the season finale when we finally discovered what gives life to those pesky hordes of undead. Overall, it made the viewers want more. No wonder why it is one of the most sought-after Korean series on Netflix. But of course, not all are inclined in finishing episodes in one sitting (although Kingdom only has six episodes). And not everyone is patient to wait for a series' next season. But don't fret if you are one of them. Check out the list of the most must-watch Korean movies if you liked Kingdom below. I guarantee you that all the flicks on this page will chill you to your bones, just like Kingdom. Topping the list is the 2018 movie Rampant. It is the best entry on the list because like Kingdom, Rampant is also a period zombie film. It is spooky enough to break box-office records internationally. If you haven't watched it yet, don't worry. We've also included the websites where you can watch and download the movie below. Check out the other Korean films below if you think it isn't enough and make sure to vote for it to push it up on this list!
