Gang Dong-won portrays the lead character, Jung Seok, whose role is a soldier who got away from the massive zombie attack in the Korean Peninsula. Other South Korean stars who are playing major roles are Lee Jung-hyun, Lee Re, Kwon Hae-hyo, Kim Min-jae and Lee Ye-won. If you're one of the fans who's curious about Gong Yoo taking part in the film, unfortunately, he's no longer part of this sequel.
