Superheroes can come in many forms depending on who you ask. People who serve as role models can be considered as heroes. Those who risk their lives for a living to protect others are and should be considered as heroes. The superheroes that we are most familiar with though, are the ones we see in the pages of our favorite comic books. What exactly makes these superheroes so great that a lot of us idolize them? Well, for one, they feel so out of this world with all the supernatural and superhuman powers that they possess. They are also quite noble and have dedicated themselves to fight evil and protect those who can't defend themselves. Superheroes usually don some kind of costume that mainly serves three things. The first is that their costumes are a reflection of their personality. The second is that it gives them a chance to step into an "alter ego" apart from their regular self. Lastly, it's meant to protect their identity and the safety of those they hold dear.
One superhero that personifies this the best would have to be Superman. He is a superpowered being that has dedicated his life to the service and protection of others. That doesn't mean that someone without superpowers can't kick some supervillain butt though. A hero who is probably just as popular, or might even be more so, than Superman, is Batman. He is a hero that has trained his body to its optimal condition and utilizes technology and ingenuity to dish out vigilante justice. The last couple of decades have seen the proliferation of superhero films in Hollywood, which makes us really happy fans. Sadly, not all superhero movies are created equal though. There have been, quite frankly, terrible superhero movies that have come out in the past. We take a look at some of the worst superhero movies ever made in our list below.
