Get your family together, have a good laugh, and be amused by the story of a 12-year-old Cuban-American girl named Elena. Watch Diary of a Future President online--an American comedy series and a coming of age story of Elena as she traverses through the ups and downs of adolescence while carrying the dream of becoming a future leader. Perhaps the most interesting part of it is witnessing how this aspiring president of the United States juggles the duties of a middle-school girl and a daughter to her family, not to mention all the social pressure that she's getting from both worlds! Oh well, we are thanking the showrunners, Robin Shorr (She's Out of My League), Gina Rodriguez, and Ilana Peña, for giving us another reason to laugh starting January 17, 2020. Yep! You read that right, Gina Rodriguez from Jane the Virgin is co-producing the show! If that didn't get you hyped enough, how about Rodriguez playing the role of future Elena? That's how versatile she is--executive producer slash actress!
